Two businesses, run separately, held to one standard.
They share no customers and no market. They share an owner, an operating philosophy, and a refusal to treat the people doing the work as the cheapest available input.
Technology talent and AI delivery. Virdapt places engineering, data, QA and DevOps professionals with enterprise client teams, employs talent on the group's own entity so clients need none of their own, and deploys forward-deployed engineers who take AI work through to production.
South Asian occasionwear, rented rather than bought. Women, men and kids, from wedding-guest outfits to bridal lehengas, with styling consultations, in-house tailoring at no extra cost, inclusive sizing and cleaning included.
Why a holding company at all
Because the two businesses need different things. A fashion rental operation lives on logistics, inventory and customer care. A technology services firm lives on recruiting judgement and delivery quality. Running them as one brand would serve neither.
What they take from the group is shared: a standard for how people are paid and treated, a single set of values, and the patience to let each one grow at the pace its market allows.
